We are located in Primiero, right in the heart of the Dolomites. Just 150 metres from the pedestrian center and 50 metres from the bus stop.
The village center is literally on our doorstep.
A convenient location for exploring on foot, by public transport or by car, with easy access to both ski lifts and trails.

Do you accept pets?
Yes, we welcome small to medium-sized pets, subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.
Can we request special menus?
We are not officially certified for specific dietary restrictions, but we always do our best to offer you a delicious alternative.
Is a shuttle service available?
Upon request, we partner with local professionals to assist you. During winter, the ski bus stop is just 50 metres from the hotel.
Do you have partnerships with guides or rental shops?
We generally partner with Gubert Sport for equipment rentals. While we don't have direct agreements with guides, we can point you towards the main local initiatives, such as the "Dolomiti Montgna Attiva".
